My stay at Hampton Inn was a mixed experience. The rooms were a little small compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed in, but I did appreciate the recliners with a side table. The service was top-notch, with friendly and willing staff who even provided a brown bag lunch for our day at Mayo. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room upon check-in. The location was great, being quiet despite its proximity to a busy area, but there were some cleanliness issues in the room. The dining options were above average, offering a variety of choices each morning. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are the cleanest I have ever stayed in, which is especially important for anyone undergoing surgery. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mayo Clinic. However, the rooms were very tight with no closet, and there was dog poop in the hall when checking in.
